Hi! I’m Kyra, the Founder and Owner of That Nanny Collective. I’m a full-time career nanny who has been nannying since 2018, but I’ve been in childcare in one way or another for as long as I can remember.
Being an agency created by nannies, for nannies, benefits both sides. Families gain caregivers who have been carefully vetted and matched by professionals who know the job inside and out. Nannies are supported by people who truly understand their needs, advocate for fair pay, and provide ongoing professional development. Our mission is to foster trust, respect, and long-term partnerships between families and caregivers—helping both thrive.
We proudly serve families across Connecticut, providing reliable, compassionate care—and building a true community where families and nannies alike can thrive.
