For Nannies
As a nanny myself, I know how challenging the search for the right family can be. There’s often trial and error, not-so-great fits, moments of being taken advantage of, or not being paid a fair rate. Those experiences inspired me to create That Nanny Collective—an agency built by a nanny, for nannies, and families alike.
Caring for families is what we do best — because we know it takes one to know one.
How it works!

Submit your resume and certifications to our email. If there are specific job postings you’re interested in, please mention them. Otherwise, we’re happy to review all available opportunities with you.

I will personally vet and interview you. Depending on your location, interviews may be conducted virtually or in person. During this process, we’ll discuss your experience, preferences, and what you’re looking for in a position.

After the vetting and interview process, I will present your credentials to families we believe are the best fit. From there, interviews between you and potential families will be arranged.

Once interviews are complete, you will move forward with a trial period with your top match. If all goes well, the family may proceed with a permanent hire.

At That Nanny Collective, we know what to look for, because we’ve been there. We promise to connect families with reliable, compassionate nannies who feel like an extension of the family—while ensuring that every nanny is treated with the respect, recognition, and fair compensation they deserve.
Our System and Pricing

Fill out our contact form. We will reach out to set up a time to chat and learn about what your family needs are.

This is a $250 non-refundable fee to start the search and vetting process for your perfect nanny.

We will background check, verify certifications and credentials and personally interview nannies. You will only get matches we think will best fit your family’s needs.

Once you have interviewed you nannies matches, chosen one and have completed your trial period you will then pay the final fee. This fee is 5% of your nannies yearly salary.
